Axel Lai – Degree Graduate with Hons in Human Psychology in the UK, he is currently working with children under five years old in Singapore in an enrichment centre. Aside from teaching children, he is also a freelancer for personal training in various gyms in Singapore like ActiveSg, Fitness First or even outdoor field training with his clients for almost 3 years. He had acquired a Certification in Personal Training by National Council of Strength and Fitness (Singapore), as a fitness enthusiast himself, he always shares his experience in training techniques and nutrition with people around him. In the workshop, he will explore together on the connection between mental well being and exercise and sports.

Psychology in fitness is an approach that focuses on the intersection between sports science, medicine, and psychology. Through this workshop, participants will understand how psychological factors can impact motor performance and how participation in physical activity affects human psychological development.
