The approach towards spirituality and its usefulness in being able to usefulness in meeting daily challenges. The understanding and harnessing of the other spiritual energy forces through breath-work, visualisation, imagery and “soul-journeying”. This workshop has been designed to provide additional knowledge and practice to counsellors and psychotherapists when they deal with clients’ emotional, social and mental distress. The workshop introduces another possible style of therapy that deals with the clients’ self-healing powers within himself/herself. It can possibly offer the client self-empowerment in the management of their general well-being. Counsellors and Therapists can decide to use this knowledge to support their existing practice.
