Sign Language in Child Development (27th July 2019)

Keren Lee – Behavioural/Psychotherapist/Certified Hypnotherapist. Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons). In her current full-time role, she manages various profiles such as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Anxiety Disorders. She also conducts brain training programmes for children using neurotechnology.

This 2-hour workshop is designed to share knowledge of how learning Sign language affects a child’s development and the various benefits that learning Sign language has to offer. Participants will discover the emotional, physical, and cognitive benefits of signing. At the end of this workshop, participants will also learn some basic Singapore Sign language skills that may come in useful for interacting with young children.
