This means that we will be able to continue our practice face to face. However, we urge all practitioners to be responsible by adhering to the measures stated by the Ministry of Health such as safe distancing and protective equipments to ensure the safety of both the client and yourself. We appreciate everyone doing their part to help in whatever ways they can but safety is still the utmost important.
Last but not least, we would also like to remind all our members to practise self-care such as drinking enough water, having a balanced diet meal, getting sufficient sleep and exercising at least 3 times a week. Only when we are healthy physically and mentally, will we then be able to help our clients or anyone in need.
Lets work hard and play our part in these difficult times! Take care and stay safe!
